They are probably trying to make a good impression with Deliver Health. The QA rules change even if the account specs don't and you start getting dinged for stupid things like a comma. Once you are on the radar, you never get off it and then get the email that you are no longer employed. If you are a favorite, you get a pass. They used to have managers that actually cared and worked right along with everyone doing reports and helping, but now that the old Nuance managers are there, it went rapidly downhill. You can't go to the owner about anything because of the pitbull who demands you go to her or her puppies first. It was becoming a decent place to work.
