The drama on their communication board is so unprofessional.
The pay is horrific. The accounts are terrible. They never have work. They play favorites.
They are now requiring one weekend day, no ifs, ands or buts. However, they run out of work so it is really senseless.
Way too heavy management and team leads and QA's. No need for it all. They could be paying MTs the money they waste on team leads and QA. Most of my QA'd work went straight to the client with the blanks left, and I'd get feedback in no where near enough time for QA to have listened to the entire report. It is in their lap at that point.
People are leaving because they used to have flexibility and now it is basically a little Nuance. Only the favorites get any help with anything they need answered. Everyone else is left to flounder. So sad...
EScription was much better pay than Emdat. Hands down.
