Yes, many vendors work on one account. The low work is ridiculous. It has been going on for months now. I have had to work 7 days a week and sometimes sitting for 10 hours a day to get half the lines I used to. Totally unacceptable. Also, you do realize that the hospitals/clinics have their own MTs so they are sending the ESL, hard dictators, that they dont want to do. Also, a lot of the docs start having their MA do the editing after they send in reports for a while and get the format etc they want. I used to work in a big clinic so I know how it works on the other end.
Also, sometimes there will be a lot of work in the queue and all of a sudden it is all gone.
