I think it is a combo...they can't get off edits for some Fluency accounts to get more and I would always see new names on Slack. I'm glad I left that ship months ago. They sold out and became horrible like most MT jobs tend to do. I def didn't get paid enough to sit there to wait for work. I got bills to pay!
