I don't have access to insurance anymore, so I can't listen and tell you if the quality is bad. My accounts can be rough if they use their cell phones.
Do you remember the days of the microcassette recorders? With those you definitely heard your doctor because he would eat both the recorder and lunch at the same time! They jammed those things right up their nostrils to record while walking around the corridors in order to not be heard by anyone else.
Just a few more years before I can retire and then type without all this stress of turnaround times, perfection and sitting all day waiting for work during the summer.
