Company Board

So true - The end is near

You are right. She cannot keep up with this sort of behavior forever. I think that this lawsuit that's currently underway with the Illinois Labor Board is going to lead to much more serious trouble. This lawsuit is just the very tip of the iceberg. They can easily refer this case to the district attorney's office for criminal charges because what she did is blatant embezzlement. She knowingly and intentionally withheld funds from the paychecks of her employees that she was responsible for depositing into their 401k retirement accounts, but instead she diverted that money into her OWN bank account for her personal use. You can't do something like that and evade prison. That is a federal charge right there. However, she is no stranger to federal charges after her mailbox credit card theft and fraud charade that landed her in prison before the started Keystrokes. Her prior very serious criminal history from the 90s is not going to look very good if and when criminal charges do eventually arise. She should be VERY worried right about now. This woman belongs on an episode of American Greed.
