I really appreciate that. Yes, Softscript is one (of the MANY) MT companies to avoid. The reason I went with them not long ago is that they swore they'd never offshore nor use VR. Well, they recently gave us the "GREAT NEWS" that they will be starting to transition to VR soon. I think they think they won't need as many MTs, so they were coming up with reasons to terminate some of us. Not sure why they didn't just lay off, but I have a feeling it has something to do with not wanting their unemployment insurance to go up. I'm taking this as a sign it's my turn to get out of this field. Take care.
