If they are part of Nuance, there's no hope. I've had nothing but problems with them. I fortunately didn't work for the EMdat part of it, but worked on Fluency. You are right, I will never hear back from Pathology, never being one of the "perfect" people that my coordinator and QA are, but if the pathology people are that picky, even though they make mistakes all the time, and don't talk clearly, then who wants to work for them anyway? I thought the pay would be better, but it's not, only 60 cents per minute, which doesn't amount to much.
