Be respectful of the patients we type reports on. Maybe it’s my background in nursing that kept me from joining in. We don’t always get the full story on a patient’s mental health. Also, I was taught about strict HIPAA laws. That means even discussing cases with people not directly involved in the case and you only discuss the case then if it involves patient care. I was highly disappointed in some of the people involved in that discussion.
