Insurance transcription - Wondering

When you say insurance transcription, what does that exactly entail if I may ask. Is it similar to those companies who you have to transcribe what everyone is saying in a meeting?

I am looking for something besides MT work, can't stand it any longer, so I was curious about insurance transcription. I have checked out some of those companies who do meetings and I couldn't do it, very difficult for me and time consuming.
