some companies are requiring in their account specs that (as nutty as it sounds) they do want their preferred terms used in place of what the doctors are dictating and even certain phrases deleted. I don't recall the name of one such company a poster in this forum was recently commenting about, but in this day and age it seems nothing can be taken for granted anymore.
I would double check with the account specifics before assuming anything.
