and low back pain is pretty standard terminology. Don't try to second guess what the doc dictates thinking he could have said it differently or better. While docs do misspeak occasionally and experienced MTs will catch the error, most of the time what they dictate is what they should get. If you're a new MT or a student, you'll soon catch on. It was good of you to ask, but your fellow MT is wrong. It's not always lower back pain, unless that's what the doc dictated.
