Yes Phyllis is still there, and from what I continue to hear, she is completely useless and unfair to the transcriptionists. There are constants complaints about Proscript, which I hear from two friends that worked there. I guess this should not have been a surprise, but for what it was worth, they were at least able to make a small wage at Proscript, despite the perpetual lack of communication, distribution of work, etc.
