Am I the only one not having a love affair with Fluency? - sm Posted: Sep 11th, 2020 - 1:29 pm
We're being cross-trained because Escription is going away. I've been on Fluency a week and, for me, it's a nightmare having to do 8 secondary accounts as I have had no more than 6 or 7 reports on my primary account per day, and they haven't finished cross-training everybody yet. This is supposed to help us keep from running out of work. My head is spinning, I'm eating antacids like candy, and having nightmares about keystrokes. I think Fluency is pretty neat overall and can see potential, but it's overwhelming me. Ok, I feel better.
