I remember applying to another company in the last few months and got a reply that first I had to pay $25 for a background check before they would even consider my application or discuss salaries and work types. LoL.
You know the old saying, if they want you to pay, they aren't worth it.
I think Net Transcripts is desperate and based on the reviews I saw, they don't live up to what they advertise in terms of $$$
