Need help with Workforce - rescheduling hours Posted: Jul 28th, 2020 - 6:41 pm
I keep messing this up, and I'm so frustrated. If anyone here can help me, I would be very appreciative. So when I have NJA, in Workforce, under "Work Availability," I "add issue," then put in the times I had NJA using EANW (and maybe this is where I'm messing up), then on the next screen I click the boxes to make up the time on a different day. Now I've realized when I do this, it adds the time to my time sheet as EANW, so now if I make up the time on the day where I rescheduled the hours, it will put me over my alotted 28 hours/week. I don't know if that makes any sense at all, but I'm having trouble figuring this out. Again, thank you in advance if anyone can tell me what I'm doing wrong.
