You are guessing right. It confused me, too. So if your EANW adds up to 3 hours and you want to reschedule 1, then in WA on the first page you block off all hours affected. But on the second page you only request enough leave to equal 2. In other words, you can’t request leave and reschedule those same hours or you will have too many hours. On the final page your total time between hours of leave and hours rescheduled should equal exactly what you want on your time sheet.
