What's the matter? Is the truth hard to handle? The problem with this industry is that so many MTs have little to no professional standards and are far too willing to accept these horrendously low wages, which shows these companies that they can get away with paying peanuts, but expecting the world in return. Maybe if more MTs took much more pride in themselves and put their foot down by refusing to be taken advantage of so that these companies can get rich off our backs, these companies would have no choice but to pay us salaries that are much more fair and appropriate for the skills and knowledge that we have. Perhaps you yourself should develop some standards.
