"Beware" seems a bit harsh. I work for Precision and have for quite some time. I'm sorry your hiring experience did not turn out. I assure you that is not the norm and I would resend the email and inquire. We are hiring and have a lot of work. 0.04 is the normal going rate these days and we know that going in, so nothing new there. This is one of the better companies. If you are able to reapply or re-email, you might get a different response. Again, sorry about your experience. :)
