No, it wasn't quality of my work or reliability. I quit because of your nasty gossip about other MTs, as well as your poor management.
You seem to be having trouble finding and/or keeping people, as you're posting here quite often and now asking people to private email you to discuss this thread. Obviously there's a huge problem with the company and it starts with you as long as so many other MTs are adding their negative reviews every time you post to hire.
