She sets up a survey, she controls how it's set up and where the responses come from.
I got busted like that once at another company years ago, stupidly believing the survey was confidential as management said.
Everything I put down in that survey, that they asked for our honest opinions so they could improve the department, was thrown in my face at the next meeting.
