just want to have several MTs always waiting in the wings for an interview and a job. What a clueless way to do business. Either they're hiring or they're not.

Glad you posted your experience with this company. No one wants to waste time applying for jobs with companies that have no regard for professionalism nor basic respect for their job applicants.
