Remember there is a bankruptcy going on. She could have used the money from her small business loan or from part of a deal before she folds. We do not know the terms, but she sold her condo in Florida, and now she is trying to sell a house in Illinois (not the one she lives in). Glad she paid everybody, but not convinced the saga is over.
