Now I know that many of us are in different states, and each state seems to be different, so this is just a general question (unless you're in WI like me) - I did my weekly UE claim online and submitted it, then realized I made an error. Instead of reporting the hours/pay for last week, I reported the hours/pay for the entire pay period :-( Yikes! That only cheats me, not the system, since that would mean I would get less UE pay, but still I need to fix this. I have been trying to call all day, and the first time I called, I got a recorded message saying they are at max capacity for people on hold, then the system hung up, and when I've tried calling back, I get a busy signal. I guess I'm looking for reassurance more than anything - has anyone ever made a mistake like this (I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I'm the only one)? And if so, was there a way to fix it online? I've spent the longest time trying to find a way to do that, but it seems that once it's submitted, that's it.
