Not really anything to fix for us, but thanks for the thought.
I think we are all aware that tax payers are technically the federal govt and state govt (by the people, for the people, blah, blah...) The distinction was made between federal and state in order to clarify that it was noted in the Cares Act and applied to all states. As for confiscating monies, well that's probably a good discussion for the other board.
