Go to work availability. Click add issue. Highlight hours affected, can be all hours in shift these days. Click start time and end time for each block of time missed. Click earning code no work. Click the + button and do this for each block of time not worked. Once all time is there, then click the next button and next again. Then submit if all is correct. Hope this helps. Hard to explain. Didn't know there was a Facebook group either.
