When the storm hits they won't have time to dictate, they will just scribble in the chart and regulations be !@$#%* and once they realize (afterwards) that it saved hospitals a ton of money (most of which was going overseas anyway) this job will finally be over for good (remember telephone operators). Of course this is just my opinion and time will tell.
