First, they do not send samples on EVERY account. I never received any. They are very unorganized and just ripped me off bonus pay of a good chunk of money. They do hen peck about you working. They require you to do 90 minutes a day no matter what, not including weekends. So, essentially you have to work a certain amount of hours every day so it's kind of like a schedule. They have extremely poor communication skills and the guy who hires has never done transcription a day in his life and is very young. Your messages get ignored 95% of the time and they really are unprofessional.
I have gotten every check but this current one is short because even though they said we had bonuses on certain days if we do a certain amount of audio, they aren't paying me and many others for some of those days!
The work is easy and I like it but shorting me pay is unacceptable to me.
