My point is not relying on QA - I have been in this industry over 33 years and am well versed in how to follow formatting etc. My point is for the autopsy work, they have 2 people who review and they also transcribe, so by the time they get to a report they are looking at for you (as I was new and on QA) but have already given you the input on a prior report from the same day - the time lapse makes it look like you made a repeat mistake instead of them realizing that all the reports were done in one day and you have not had a chance to follow their suggested input. QA is different for each account - and I never depend on QA unless it is a new account (as in this case) or I have a serious question. Unless you have typed autopsy, you are not familiar with the "acct specs" each physician has and I had several new MDs in the mix. That being said, it's nice you like it - but the pay is abysmal, and I stand by what I did. :) Merry Christmas to you.
