Congress is talking about this right now. So being declared an employee would mean one would benefit from this type of program. Also, if one is declared an employee, then one could apply for unemployment--another benefit of being an employee. Now, do you understand what I mean by benefit, as in take advantage of the benefits of being an employee, during this health crisis?
