The scribe positions I've been seeing posted lately near me require you to be pretty much a medical student of some type, be it a PA, NP, RN, etc. When I went to the orthopedist recently, the scribe completing my record was doing her clinical internship. Another doc I went to actually had the smartphone recording our visit in real-time for the scribe to follow along and complete the report. I think this is how Nuance's scribe platform works.
