Sort of like unemployment numbers....they drop people out of statistic after they have been looking for too long.
So, if you drop out all the people who quit because of low wages and all the low wages paid in India...all that is left is the small percentage (compared to the previous job force!) Of higher wages.
As to those "making it" still. I was with ya until 2016 when they sold us to Amphion. It was over then. I could see maybe some smaller situations who have not invested in voice rec technology may still be stuck paying 8 cents a line....but it will not last.
