I didn't have any issues. The pay isn't particularly great, but they did pay on time. You set a schedule the week before and they expect you to abide by it. I found the work a little boring (business calls, notes, etc.), but that's my own opinion. I didn't need insurance at the time so don't know anything about that. There are two Glassdoor reviews that mention problems with it. I did refer a friend and I know the owner gave her some grief about having a kid, but that is hearsay and I don't know/remember the whole story.
