I never have understood this, hiring so many to cover so little - sm

I think it is because they want their TAT to be whatever it is. I don't know about the rest of the people doing MT, but I sit at my desk at home just as I would in an office and do my job. Sometimes I get the feeling, they think we are all just playing around and not working.
