They pay .002 for after 6 p.m. and .003 for weekends. So if you transcribe 1000 lines on Saturday at 0.4 cpl that is $40.00 and then if you add the differential, it is a whooping 30 cents. That does not qualify as differential pay to me. I am not even going to bother with it, it is insulting!
