You may be confusing yourself in one regard.

Two cents per line is as such: $0.2 per line (no cents added) or 2 cents per line. The 0.2 is two-tenths of a penny. The $0.2 is two tenths of a dollar.

Hope that helps when you go to calculate. Nobody pays 2/10 of a penny....yet!
