I have a proctored exam scheduled for today, but do not know what platform they use nor have been told what to download as a template to type their transcription in to. Is this normal for them? my exam is at 1 today and I have no clue what to expect or where I am to find the platform they use, only that once logged in the conference call, the voice files will be sent. I am so confused about this
