your team lead. I have a friend that works there with a TL that is fabulous and fair. The TL I had was a nightmare. Poor training, she'd let her favorites get the good work (you get to pick your work and cherry picking is rampant) and leave the crap to me and gave me grief for asking for help. The positives are the great benefits. Do know that once off training if you are even 5 lines shorts of the mandated line counts you will be treated like you are a horrible MT - even if you were short because of having dictators from heck all show up on the same day.
