IRS comes first, then herself (to include whatever she's likely hiding somewhere), then her family's paychecks, and if there's anything left she pays a few MTs here and there.
If they were that hard up for money from accounts who weren't paying for the work done, a person with a brain, a person who actually knows how to run a business correctly, would give the accounts a 30-day shut-off notice to pay up in full or no more work.
That's completely stupid to continue working for someone who doesn't pay you.
