Is LT responding to emails? This is an IMPORTANT - sign you do not want to let go Posted: Jan 16th, 2020 - 11:45 am
It is a sure sign that a company is in very bad shape. It is one of the things a company will also do before a liquidation bankruptcy. Her memo claims she is "busy" well we have already established that is NOT an excuse, nor is it believable. She doesn't have the luxury of not responding.
If anyone is owed money by this company, GET IT NOW before your chances are virtually zero if she goes from Ch. 11 bankruptcy to a liquidation. Do not give her a chance to hide assets either. If you need to, contact the sheriffs/police office to go to the place of business and interview who is there and what the status is.
DO NOT continue to work. It will just be more money lost. FILE FOR UNEMPLOYMENT INSTEAD.
FILE FOR PAYMENT IN SMALL CLAIMS NOW and REPORT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR INVESTIGATION.
