Keystrokes Labor Attorney for KS employees - Anon

I am tired of all the excuses from LT. I went on-line last night and found out that ACCORDING TO US LAW, if an employer withholds the paycheck, not because of a honest mistake but voluntarily, they can be fined up to 100% of the monies owed for all late checks. Just think of it!

I am going to contact an Labor Attorney today in Illinois and see what they tell me. This applies to all KS employees, past and present. Please indicate yes or no if you want to join. Don't Email me please. I will post more after I make the call.
