I'm glad I searched through these comments. Gave me a chance to see the downsides versus the upsides. When they were giving me the information and mentioned scheduled hours, line rate incentives, and that you had to work 3 holidays per year, one of which had to be either Christmas or T-giving, I was under the impression it was an employee gig. Not so. Their requirements are full on employee, that is not the legal definition of an IC. Definitely not going there! Thanks all!
