We usually got a couple hundred dollars, maybe around 250, from the company I had worked for 5 years for every year but this Christmas for once we were told we would not get that as they were losing 2 accounts and so we would get no bonus. I always felt the bonus was just a part of what we should have been making during the year with all the cheap pay cuts over the years as an MT but it was sure nice to get it but now we probably won't ever get it again and they will be just like every other company. None of the other 3 companies I work for give anything, so that's the routine treatment anymore, nothing for holidays.
