I totally agree, and have noticed the blanks that I have sent, which are not my fault, or any MTs fault; things such as audio fades out, doctor discrepancies in ages, labs, dosages, dates. He/she dictates in history things in history, but in the impression gives something different. You have to leave a blank and draw attention to this. Most of my audited errors were due to not catching these. You cannot just happily be following along with even the clear dictation, you have to be alerted to left/right discrepancies, and lab value discrepancies, and if you don't catch these, CRITICAL error.. They should have a category for DOCTOR BLANKS, and they should not count for the MT.
