I had worked at PF in the past, but left over many of their ridiculous rules. I received a letter from an attorney recently that stated there was a class action lawsuit against PF regarding their sketchy formula for calculating overtime pay. I signed on and returned the paperwork to the attorney not expecting much, especially since I was only there part of the time listed on the letter.
Today I got a check for over 900 dollars! Yeah! I put in a LOT of mandatory OT with this company over the years. I am so glad the two transcriptionists contacted the lawyers and got us all what we deserve - THANK YOU guys!
Hopefully this is a sign these companies cannot get away with this crap and illegal practices. Maybe try organizing a class action if your company is truly practicing shady employer games.
