After I was dismissed from this wretched company, I was so upset and hurt, I couldn't believe it. I tried and tried, but evidently it wasn't enough, no matter what I did.
They sent me labels to return the computer, but you had to drop it off at the UPS store or pay for pick up. I had three boxes, can't quite remember why I had 3 boxes, and I took them to the UPS store at my convenience and not all at once. I stretched it out over a month.
I have never hated anything in my life like I hated that company and still do to this day. I pity anyone working for them. They are the absolute worse (next to Nuance). I am now an IC, which I'm not that crazy about, but I do what I can when I can. I finally wised up and got a PT outside job, so I don't have to depend on transcription any longer and suffer with these companies.
