Seems to happen if I get going too fast and probably hit some combo of keys that somehow turns off the audio. Two things work for me. I either open my browser on MY desktop, outside of VDI (I use Google Chrome to look up stuff) and to back to my report and I will have sound or I will go through the motion of uploading the report (Alt U). Of course the window pops up and tells you something to like you have not listened to the whole thing and not done and so I tell it no and it puts me back to my report and I have sound.
