he/she was trying to document GT and actually found a reference after I suggested that it stood for G-tube or gastrostomy tube. Your post was a day late and a dollar short because the OP already had the answer. My handle is Old Anon and have been transcribing for over 40 years and have never come across meds being administered by NG-tube. In any event, the OP had already found his/her reference/answer when you popped in with your improbable answer.
