the patient has a G-tube or not? If so, I'd personally leave it as GT, which is the abbreviation for gastrostomy tube (G-tube). Abbreviations are acceptable in dosing instructions unless your account specs say you have to expand them. Any way you can ask QA first or just check the specs? This is one of those many things that is a judgment call. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
