I worked for a MTSO who was meticulous about our making changes in SR drafts and all being consistent with our edits. The SR output became so good that there was almost nothing to fix, so I did get into the 350-plus lph range. The dictators were most all excellent and organized, so that helped a great deal too. Good SR drafts are possible. Unfortunately, not all MTSOs are like the one I worked for.
